I got great value for my money at the Grand Hotel Orient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city center. The staff treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout my stay.

Breakfast option could be improved with better food replenishment and properly fried eggs.

what a really good stay, no reason to complain. clean place, huge rooms, helpful enough and very amiable staff. good and delicious food. location short walk to the danube river and another restaurant and macin mountains.

The location here is perfect for seeing the Public Clock, and the breakfast options are delicious.

The lovely sound of screeching chairs and booming music from the restaurant made it impossible to sleep. So peaceful!

Lovely old building matching the description "grand", well preserved. Well located in quiet area near city centre and Danube promenade. Very spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet justified half the room rate. Private party mentioned, but not disruptive. Would book again if in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Orient in Braila. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the Danube. The breakfast was delicious, and there were also excellent restaurants nearby. The staff, especially the receptionist Anca, were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the river and in the old town area. the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and spacious, with good quality furniture. the breakfast offered was quite nice and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There is also a mini-bar in the room for convenience.

There were some issues with the inconsistent water temperatures in the shower.
